6-8 chicken breasts
6-8 slices of swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken coup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup of water
1 box herb seasoned stuffing mix (really any kind of bread crumbs will do, I usually just smash up ritz crackers)
Mix soups and water. Place chicken in a pan with a slice of cheese on top. Pour mix over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with herb seasoned stuffing mix. Bake uncovered for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees
This can be made a day ahead of time, left in the fridge, and still taste excellent.
