Bruschetta with Pesto

These are incredibly good and super easy. I make them when I need a snack and don't have the drive to do any real work to get it (these and oreos right out of the pack...).

2 large baguettes of your favorite bakery bread (or just use a regular loaf of normal already sliced bread)
1 small jar of pesto
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped

Slice bread and toast lightly. Mix softened cream cheese with pesto and place on bread (it does make a lot, so be ready to eat or to store it for next). Then top with tomatoes and cilantro.
