2-4 chicken breasts (just depends on how much you want to make)
1 onion, diced
4 cups of water
5 bullion cubes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 Tbls garlic
Cook in a crock pot for at least 6 hours. Shred chicken, then cook for another 1-2 hours. Drain most of the liquid and serve with corn tortillas, cheese, lettuce and sour cream.
