(Requires a slow cooker, but is worth the effort)
10-12 chicken tenders
1 cup chicken broth
2 10 3/4-ounce cans of cream of chicken coup, condensed
1 12-ounce can of evaporated milk
6 cups of cooked rice
Place chicken in greased 3 1/2-5 quart slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or on low heat for 6-8 hours. Serve over hot rice.
You can also add toppings such as:
grated cheese, pease, pineapple tidbits, shredded coconut, raisins, chinese noodles, olives, diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, sliced green onions
